Platform Fees Consent

This notice explains that CompanyHelp may earn insurer commission and may also charge a platform or service-related fee for certain digital services, support, and administration functions.

Purpose of this notice

CompanyHelp uses digital systems and operational support processes to help clients compare, arrange, administer, and manage certain insurance and compliance-related services. This notice explains how fees may apply when a client uses the platform or proceeds with a service.

What fees may apply

The amounts and structure may differ depending on the service, but fees may include:

  • Platform fees for using a digital placement or servicing process
  • Administrative or facilitation fees for non-insurance support services
  • Third-party charges passed through where external filing or processing is required
  • Insurer commission paid under the applicable insurance arrangement

Client consent

By proceeding with a quote, policy placement, support request, or related service through CompanyHelp, the client acknowledges that fees and commissions may apply and agrees that these may be earned by CompanyHelp or the relevant authorised financial services provider behind the service.

Disclosure and transparency

Where a specific fee applies to a transaction, CompanyHelp aims to present that fee in the relevant user journey, quote process, service page, invoice, proposal, or related communication.

Clients should review all pricing, policy schedules, invoices, and supporting communications before proceeding.

Third-party costs

Some services involve filings, registrations, or insurer-side costs that are outside CompanyHelp's own platform fee structure. In those cases, third-party charges may still be payable in addition to any service or facilitation fee.
